  3. - An NLM on a 3.11 server (file or runtime) with NetWare for SAA installed.

  5. - User routes host print jobs directly to any NetWare print queue, reducing
  6. LAN traffic and providing centralized administration and control.

  8. - Supports LU1 or LU3 printer sessions emulating 3287 Model 2 printers.

  10. - Uses NetWare for SAA as the communication vehicle between IBM hosts and
  11. network printers.

  13. - Dynamic loading, unloading, or reconfiguration of Hostprint and Netware
  14. for SAA services without bringing down the server or affecting other
  15. services.

  17. RUNS AS AN NLM ON A NETWARE SERVER INSTEAD OF ON A WORKSTATION
  18. - Simpler, faster (32 bit), and more reliable host printing and support.

  21. thereby freeing workstation memory and CPU resources.

  23. - The administrator can configure all printer LUs from a single workstation
  24. utility at the NetWare for SAA server instead of configuring individual

  27. - Print jobs can be managed using standard NetWare utilities, including
  28. PCONSOLE.
